Weekly ACTIVE Breakdown

1 HOUR SESSIONS

Never the same workout twice -Our classes are designed within a Weekly Protocol, Which includes a combination of strength, Functional training.

HYROX Training is for Every Body. It is accessible to all thanks to its low entry point and simple functional movements.

Why is that important?

If you repeatedly perform the same exercise, you’ll reach that awful plateau where you’ll stop making progress and become disengaged and WE DON”T WANT THAT!

MAXIMIZE

Our gym is equipped with free weights, hurdles, kettlebells, jump ropes, resistance bands, battle ropes, assault bikes, row machines, ski rowers and pull-up rig, all of which are designed to offer you the total-body strength and conditioning you need to get the most out of your workout.

THE KICKOFF

Start you transformation with a 30-minute kickoff meeting with the gym owner to discuss your goals and develop a game plan to get you there.

TRAINING

Work side-by-side with your trainer through one-on-one personal training or group fitness class that will push you towards reaching your goals.

NUTRITION PLAN

We will develop a customized workout and diet plan based on your body composition and fitness goals that fits with your schedule.

COACHING

Track your weekly progress and make adjustments with your trainer. Experience the results and keep pushing towards your next goal.
